  • We will install our products if you live in the Local Denver Metro Area. Both Iron and Wood Shops have an in-house install team.

  • To maintain your wood products, avoid direct sunlight, regularly dust with a soft cloth, and use appropriate wood cleaners and conditioners.

  • All of our products in the online store are Powder Coated with Cardinal Black BK08. This creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint and is corrosion-resistant.

    1. Returns and Exchanges:

    We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date.

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at homes@workshop-colorado.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    2. Eligibility Criteria:

    Products must be in their original condition, unused, and free from damage or signs of wear.

    Customized items, as well as products with alterations made at the customer's request, are not eligible for return or exchange.

    3. Return Shipping:Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.

    4. Inspection and Refund Process:

    Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in section 2.

    Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

    5. Restocking Fee:

    A restocking fee of 25% will apply to returned items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or do not meet the eligibility criteria.

    6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product. We will work swiftly to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

    7. Cancellations:

    Orders that are canceled within 24 hours of placement may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a restocking fee.
